This FREE EVENT is a collaboration between two new programs: Teatro Círculo’s First Call (Reading Series) and Latinx Playwrights Circle’s Media Luna Reading Series. This One-Act Play Reading Series + Mixer will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 7pm and Sunday, September 8, 2024 at 5pm at Teatro Círculo.

First Call (Reading Series) and Media Luna Reading Series main purpose is not only to support emerging to mid-career Latinx playwrights in NYC, but to also bridge Latinx communities within the theater space. After inviting playwrights to submit one-act plays, Teatro Círculo and Latinx Playwrights Circle chose four plays from four different Latinx playwrights, who have all accepted our invitation to be part of this new series.
